Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid

£150pp

Would you know what to do if a child in your care needed first aid?

The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework requires all early years providers in England to have at least one person who has a current and full paediatric first aid certificate on the premises and available at all times when children are present.

Providers should also take into account the number of children, staff and layout of the premises and increase their paediatric first aid provision accordingly to ensure that a paediatric first aider is available to respond to emergencies quickly.

Purchasing a Level 3 Award in Pediatric First Aid course is essential for individuals working with or caring for children. This certification provides specialized training in responding to pediatric emergencies, covering crucial topics like CPR, choking, and common childhood illnesses. It ensures participants acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to address the unique medical needs of children, promoting their safety and well-being. Recognized by regulatory bodies, this course not only meets legal requirements but also instills confidence in caregivers, educators, and childcare professionals, empowering them to effectively manage and respond to emergencies specific to the pediatric population. Investing in a Level 3 Award in Pediatric First Aid is a commitment to creating a secure environment for children and being well-prepared to handle medical situations affecting young individuals.

The course can be delivered here close to our base in Leeds or at a venue that you have arranged. We cover all areas of the UK, our equipment is well maintained and our staff process paperwork at a speedy pace so you can get your certificate usually within a couple of days.
