Courses terms and conditions

All courses must be paid in full before the commencement date of the specific course. Failing to do so will lead to your position being lost in the specific course.

Deposit

To confirm your enrollment in a course, a deposit amounting to 50% of the total course fee is required. This deposit must be received to finalize and secure your registration. Please be advised that the course will only be confirmed once the deposit has been processed, and spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Ensure that the deposit is submitted promptly to guarantee your place in the course.

Course fee’s and cancellations

Please be advised that a full payment of the course fee is required if you provide less than 48 hours’ notice of your inability to attend or complete the training. For cancellations or changes made within the 7-day period leading up to the course and up to 48 hours before the start of the course, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course cost will apply. It is essential to notify us as early as possible to avoid these charges and to allow us to accommodate other participants.
